2023 Summer Reunion at the Castle is a FREE event for Ewellians aged 16 and above.
Light refreshments (sandwiches, cakes, tea/coffee, Pimm's/soft drinks) will be served to Ewellians and their guests (1 guest per Ewellian) who have rsvpd by clicking on the "I'll be there!" blue box by 16th June 2023. This is a free event, so please consider making a donation to our Sixth Form Bursary Fund, that enables current Ewell Castle Year 11 pupils in financial difficulty, to continue through to our Sixth Form and study for their A levels. Thank you.
We look forward to welcoming Ewellians back to the School for a social afternoon catching up with old School pals and teachers, a game or two of rounders and tours of the School. If you would like to bring and exhibit an interesting/old/special vehicle, whether it be a car, motorbike, push bike etc email Carol at oldewellians@ewellcastle.co.uk
Event Timings:
The reunion will be from 2pm to 5pm on Saturday 24th June. Please aim to arrive by 2.20pm as the short welcome address will be at 2.30pm. Refreshments will be served from 2pm, a game of rounders will commence at 3pm for those who would like to play and Sixth Form led tours of the School will be available from 2.45pm and finish at 4.45pm. The event will finish at 5pm.
Refreshments will be provided and Ewellians are welcome to bring a guest. To allow us to plan our catering provision ALL EWELLIANS planning on attending MUST LET US KNOW BY THE 16th June 2023. Pleae do not just turn up without having RSVPd. Only those who have RSVPd via the website within the deadline will be given a numbered ticket on arrival, which they will need to present to our catering staff, in order to receive their refreshments.
